As a baker, I try to perfect my baking every. Single. Time. The Kookie Bar came to me after going to different cookie shops and having dry, boring cookies. They all tasted the same and they never had what every cookie lacks most - moisture and flavor. My husband and I came up with random cookie ideas and put each one to the test to see what we enjoyed most. The first round of cookies was good, but they all demanded the right ingredients and a lot of science. When I put together one of my most loved cookies by my husband, Kyle, I just knew I had to put it on my menu. With Kyle’s support and endless pit of a stomach, he became my taste tester and critic along with Our children - without them, we would not be doing this at all. Although I am not perfect at what I do, I do thank each and every person who purchases our cookies and makes us a big deal!
